Last Thursday, June 9th at a release party by Hollywood Strain Premiers, indie weed brand Doja Exclusive dropped their latest strain Permanent Marker.
The strain debuted a few days later in Brooklyn, New York on Saturday June 11th at a pop up by The Smokers Club, and then the following day, June 12th along with Certz, Sourwavez, and Golden State Banana at an event in Midtown NYC by Premium Flowers Global.
Created and cultivated by SeedJunky Jbeezy and selected by Doja, Permanent Marker is sure to be one of the standout strains of this year. Previously, Doja Exclusive’s RS-11 strain made a big impact on the cultivation scene.
The strain has a powerful lineage: (Biscotti x Jealousy) x Sherb Bx. It’s a cultivar with dense and colorful buds and with floral, pungent, soapy, candy-gas-funk terpenes. It tastes as it smells, a soapy funk with a hint of candy and floral gas tones.
It’s a potent strain great for creativity and relaxation during the daytime.
Permanent Marker is an exciting collaboration between Doja Exclusive & SeedJunky JBeezy, according to Doja Exclusive’s Enrique “Doja Ek” (@doja.ek.196).
“The community has fallen in love with the name,” Doja Ek said. “But what they love more is how the strain follows the name up. After opening a Re:Stash jar of Permanent Marker, you instantly get a head rush from the incredible gassy, funky aroma the strain has,” Doja Ek said.
“I believe this flower will impact the industry in a major way and we will be seeing the people demand more of it,” Doja Ek said.
For now, it’s in limited supply but Doja says they’re continuing to roll the strain out.
“We look forward to being able to keep bringing it to the people as it continues to be dialed in,” Doja Ek said.
